👹 Margit, the Fell Omen
Margit, the Fell Omen is the first major story boss encountered by most players in Elden Ring. He blocks access to Stormveil Castle and tests your mastery of early-game combat mechanics.
Margit is a powerful, agile opponent who mixes melee combos with magic weapons and long-range attacks.

⚔ Boss Strategy
🧠 General Tips
* Margit has long, telegraphed combos — dodging late is key. * His tail swipe is fast and can punish greedy attacks. * Use Spirit Ashes to distract him — the Lone Wolf or Jellyfish are good options. * Summon NPC helper Rogier just outside the boss fog if you need assistance.
📦 Phase 1
* Primary attacks include:
- Staff swing and jump slam
- Triple dagger throw
- Tail swipe (watch for it after you roll behind him)
* He may use delayed attack chains that punish early dodges
🔥 Phase 2 (Below 60% HP)
* Margit summons a holy hammer and holy sword * Hammer slams deal AoE damage — dodge to the side * Sword combos are fast — use shields or time dodges carefully * Aggression ramps up — watch stamina and don’t get greedy

📖 Lore
Margit is a projection of Morgott, the Omen King, sent to deter Tarnished from reaching the Erdtree. Though not yet in his true form, Margit displays Morgott’s hatred for the unworthy and foreshadows later story revelations.
